Computer Technology Teacher
Christina was born and raised on the foothills of the Italian Alps. After graduating high school from an American School in Italy, she attended University of Maryland, European Division and Biola University in La Mirada, California. She graduated from Chapman University in Orange, California with a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems.
Christina has over 20 years experience in computers, ranging from programming to website design, graphic design to technical support, technical writing to computer training. She was MIS Director for Eateries, Inc. for four years before deciding to stay home with her kids. More recently, she has been homeschooling her kids for the past 5 years. She has been the Director of Classical Conversations, a national “Classical” homeschooling group. With Classical Conversations, Christina taught 2nd graders for a year. She also taught 4th-6th graders English grammar and writing for two years.
With her computer and educational experience, Christina looks forward teaching kids computers and keyboarding. She loves motivating kids to do their best and help them believe in their potential. With computers being a lifetime skill, she is excited to be able to teach this skill early in childhood.
Christina has been married to Philip for sixteen years. They have three girls, Isabella (10), Francesca (8) and Aviana (4), who all attend CCS. They also have a fourth girl in their family, Ellie, their Labradoodle. Her hobbies are running, triathlons and motivating others to do them with her.
Her lifetime verse is Romans 8:28 “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Although the past couple of years, her verse has been: "… let us run with endurance the race that is set before us fixing our eyes on Jesus…" Hebrews 12:1-2
