Debbie was born and raised in Oklahoma. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Language Arts Education. Following a career as a wife, mother, and teacher, she began her ministry at Crossings Christian School when the decision was made to grow the church preschool to a Kindergarten through 12th grade Christian school in 2000.

Debbie and her husband, Bubba, have four grown children and six grandchildren. In addition to loving her work with families and children at CCS, she enjoys reading, gardening, Bible study, and spending time with her family.

When asked what makes Crossings Christian School a special place to be, she quickly responds that besides being intentional about inviting God into every part of our day, we are blessed with a very special staff and precious families. Her lifetime verse is Philippians: 4:8 “Whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report, if there be any virtue, if there be any praise, think on these things.”
