Coach Douglas comes to Crossings from Putnam City North. He has coached at Edmond Santa Fe High School, Plano, Texas, and Putnam City Public Schools. He is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University where he earned his B.S. in Christian Education and played baseball.

Coach Douglas believes in making the material in the classroom practical to a student's life. He feels that students need to be able to use the material presented in class in real life instances. He believes it is a calling to teach, and it is his responsibility to engage students academically as well as spiritually.
