The Business Office is here to serve you with your financial needs, which include but are not limited to the following:

We are located in the Lower School Staff Area and look forward to working with you.

Payments

All payments may be made directly to the front desk at either the Lower School or Upper School. We do accept credit/debit cards as payment at the school but, due to the fees, we cannot accept credit/debit cards for tuition payments. Payments may also be dropped in the mail to us at 14400 N Portland Ave, OKC, OK 73134.

Important Dates/Deadlines

If you are paying tuition in full, the due date is July 1st. If payment is not made by this date, a 2 ½% fee will be assessed. If you cannot pay in full as planned, please contact the business office before July 1st and we will help you set up a TADS Agreement.

Re-enrollment typically begins the middle of December and ends the first of February. Please watch the weekly update for specific dates each year. Failing to re-enroll by the deadline may result in losing your child’s spot for the upcoming year.

The Financial Aid deadline for re-enrolling families is April 15th each year. Award letters are mailed the first of June. TADS Agreements will be adjusted to reflect any financial aid awards. Apply online here.

All balances must be paid in full by June 30th of each school year. Students with an outstanding balance before the new school year begins will not be allowed to start school until said balances are paid in full.

Lunch Service

We use Keystone Food Service to cater our lunches. All payments should be made to Keystone directly (checks may be dropped off at the front desk) or online at www.schoolpaymentportal.com. If you have a question regarding your account, please contact Keystone directly at keystonekitchen@gmail.com. All remaining balances at the end of the school year will remain in your account for use in the upcoming school year.

New students will receive a welcome email from Keystone which will allow you to activate your account and deposit lunch money.
